Messages may include:

  • Capacity availability
  • Rate confirmations
  • Account notifications
  • Operational freight coordination updates

This SMS program is strictly for business-to-business communication.

2. Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Haliq Global, you:

  • Authorize Haliq Global to send business-related text messages.
  • Confirm you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.
  • Consent to receive recurring messages as necessary for service communication.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We maintain records of SMS opt-in consent in accordance with federal law and carrier requirements.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on account activity, load volume, and service engagement.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Haliq Global is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying:

  • STOP
  • END
  • CANCEL
  • UNSUBSCRIBE
  • QUIT

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

1. Acceptance of Terms
 
By accessing or using the services of Haliq Global, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
 
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
 
2. Description of Services
 
Haliq Global provides freight brokerage support services within the United States, including but not limited to:
  • Carrier sourcing and capacity procurement
  • Lane coverage assistance
  • Rate negotiation support
  • Operational freight coordination
  • Back-office brokerage support
 
Haliq Global does not operate as a licensed motor carrier unless explicitly agreed in writing.
 
3. Independent Contractor Status
 
Haliq Global operates as an independent service provider.
 
Nothing in these Terms creates:
  • A partnership
  • A joint venture
  • An employment relationship
  • An agency relationship
 
Between Haliq Global and the client.
 
4. Client Responsibilities
 
Clients agree to:
  • Provide accurate business information
  • Maintain valid operating authority and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure lawful freight transactions
  • Pay agreed service fees in a timely manner
 
Clients remain solely responsible for compliance with FMCSA regulations and all applicable transportation laws.
 
5. Credit Approval & Payment Liability
 
5.1 Standard Credit Approval
 
If a shipper or customer is approved for credit directly by the brokerage client, Haliq Global shall not be liable for non-payment, delayed payment, or default by that shipper or customer.
 
All credit risk remains solely with the brokerage client.
 
5.2 Credit Approved Under Haliq Global Responsibility
 
If Haliq Global expressly approves a shipper or customer for credit in writing and explicitly agrees to assume responsibility for that credit approval, then Haliq Global shall accept liability for non-payment solely to the extent agreed in writing.
 
No assumption of liability shall exist unless explicitly documented and agreed upon in writing by Haliq Global.
 
6. Payment Terms
 
Payment terms shall be agreed upon in writing between Haliq Global and the client.
 
Failure to remit payment when due may result in:
  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of agreement
  • Legal action
 
7. Payment Default & Collection Costs
 
If payment is not made when due:
  • Interest may accrue at the maximum rate permitted under applicable law.
  • Client agrees to reimburse Haliq Global for all collection costs, including but not limited to:
  • Attorney fees
  • Court costs
  • Collection agency fees
 
8. Non-Circumvention
 
Client agrees that during the term of engagement and for a period of twenty-four (24) months thereafter, Client shall not directly or indirectly:
  • Circumvent Haliq Global
  • Conduct business with carriers, customers, or contacts introduced by Haliq Global
  • Use introduced relationships to avoid payment of agreed compensation
 
Violation of this clause shall result in liquidated damages equal to the total projected revenue derived from such relationship for a period of twenty-four (24) months.
 
9. Non-Solicitation
 
Client agrees that during the term of engagement and for twenty-four (24) months thereafter, Client shall not:
  • Solicit
  • Hire
  • Contract
  • Engage
 
Any employee, contractor, or representative of Haliq Global without prior written consent.
 
Violation shall result in a placement fee equal to 50% of the individual’s annualized compensation.
 
10. Confidentiality
 
Both parties agree to protect confidential information including:
  • Rate agreements
  • Customer information
  • Carrier data
  • Financial records
  • Business strategies
 
Confidential information shall not be disclosed without written consent unless required by law.
 
11. Limitation of Liability
 
To the maximum extent permitted under United States law:
 
Haliq Global shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Carrier performance failures
  • Shipper payment defaults (except as outlined in Section 5.2)
  • Delays caused by third parties
 
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to Haliq Global during the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
 
12. Indemnification
 
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Haliq Global from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
  • Client negligence
  • Regulatory violations
  • Improper freight documentation
  • Fraudulent or unlawful shipper activity
  • Non-compliance with federal or state laws
 
13. Force Majeure
 
Haliq Global shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including:
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Carrier shutdowns
  • Network failures
  • Acts of war or civil unrest
 
14. Governing Law
 
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable federal and state regulations.
 
15. Modifications
 
Haliq Global reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
